Through increasing contributions to the Apartment Political Action Committee (APAC), cultivation of relationships with public officials, and the creation of our Local Political Giving Council, we are making enormous strides in getting out in front of potential issues that may hinder the advancement of our industry. In addition to this, we are working to shift the narrative behind housing affordability, working in partnership with the Florida Apartment Association (FAA) to produce the Housing Affordability Toolkit.
