The Nominations are open from July 8th through August 22nd!
Nominations for the Golden Key Awards open from July 8th through August 22th. This is your opportunity to recognize outstanding professionals in the multifamily industry who have shown exceptional dedication, innovation, and leadership. Submit your nominations within this period to celebrate the individuals driving success and growth in our vibrant industry.

August 1 - August 30: Nominations will be $25 per submission.
ALL NOMINATIONS must be submitted by FRIDAY, AUGUST 22nd at 5 P.M. to qualify!
*This includes nomination forms, supporting documents, letters, photos, etc. Any late submissions will not be accepted.

How much does it cost to submit a nomination?

What documents or materials will I need to submit a nomination?

You’ll need:

A photo of the person, team, or company you’re nominating

A signed letter from your boss or company

Optional: Up to 5 recommendation letters and any other helpful supporting documents.

Can I nominate someone from another company?

Yes! You can nominate supplier partners or people from different companies.

Can I nominate myself?

No. Someone else must nominate you—either someone from your company or a client who works with you.

Is there a limit to the number of nominations that I can submit?

You can submit as many nominations as you want! But: You can only nominate the same person or company once per category.

How many awards/winners are recognized in a category?
-
Usually just one winner per award. Some categories have more than one winner based on things like company size (ex: small, medium, large communities).

How do I know if the person or team/company I want to nominate is eligible for a specific category?
-
Each nomination form has a short description at the top explaining who can be nominated for that category.

I started and saved a nomination, how do I resume to complete it?

Log into the nomination platform and click “View Entries.”

You can edit, delete, or add new ones.

To submit, don’t forget to check out—free in July, or $25 in August.

How are the award nominations judged?

Judges from outside our area (and even out of state!) review nominations using a scoring guide.

They don’t know the nominees, so make sure your nomination tells the full story and includes helpful details
