Need to reserve a hotel room?
To receive our group rate of $311 which includes all taxes and fees. You must be registered to attend the event. In your confirmation email, there will be details to book a room at the Orlando World Center Marriott.

Pin Delivery
November 10 – November 20, 2025
AAGO volunteers will deliver nominee pins directly to your community or company. With over 350 nominees, we cannot guarantee a specific day, and volunteers will make only one visit.
If you’ll be unavailable during this time, please let us know so we can arrange pick-up at the AAGO office.

Substitutions & Cancellations
Both cancellations and name changes to registrations will be accepted until Tuesday, January 6, 2026 by email only to linsay@aago.org
Tickets & Seating
There are no physical tickets for this event. Instead, we have an interactive seating map to help identify your seating assignments. The only way to ensure your party sits together is to purchase a table for 10 guests. Single ticket purchasers will be assigned based on availability.
Accommodations
AAGO has secured a room block at the host hotel, Orlando World Center Marriott for $311 which includes all fees, taxes, etc. Reserve your room online here.
Parking
Parking is available onsite in the Guest Self Parking Garage, which is connected to the Marriott via walk through on floor 2. Parking is $15 + tax for self parking.
Valet Parking is available at a premium at the hotel's discretion.
