R.I.S.E. Mentorship Program


The R.I.S.E. Mentorship Program is AAGO’s newest initiative designed to uplift and empower multifamily professionals at every stage of their careers. Rooted in the mission of Reaching, Impacting, Supporting, and Empowering our members, this program will connect emerging leaders with experienced industry professionals to foster meaningful growth, guidance, and shared success.

Through structured mentorship, community building, and intentional support, the R.I.S.E. Mentorship Program aims to create pathways for professional confidence, personal development, and expanded opportunities within the multifamily industry.

R.I.S.E. (Reach. Inspire. Support. Empower.) is a structured mentorship program for multifamily housing professionals designed to support career growth, leadership, development, and meaningful industry connections
•    Mentees: Emerging leaders or professionals seeking guidance, skill development, and career direction within the multifamily industry.
•    Mentors: Experienced industry professionals interested in giving back, sharing expertise, and supporting the next generation of leaders.

The Program will formally begin on April 1, 2026, and run for a 6 month period, ending on October 2, 2026.

Participants should expect:

  • One mentor/mentee meeting per month
  • Occasional program check-ins or group events
  • Ongoing goal setting and progress tracking
Matches are made based on:
•    Career goals and professional interests
•    Industry experience
•    Leadership development needs
•    Availability and communication preferences

Every effort is made to create strong, compatible matches.Program fees (if applicable) will be shared during the application process.

CECs are not guaranteed unless specifically noted. Any eligible credits will be communicated in advance.

If concerns arise, participants are encouraged to reach out early. Program Program leadership may provide guidance or facilitate a reassignment if needed.

Participants must complete an online application as either a mentor or mentee. Applications are reviewed prior to acceptance.
