A Passion for Apartments, People, and Giving Back

Sydney's day-to-day business doings, and collaboration with local apartment associations fuel her driven passion to serve renters and the rental housing industry.

“Nothing is more personal than helping someone find a place to live. My team runs a collection of local online apartment guides across the state of Florida with technology that empowers renters to find the apartment that best fits their lifestyle and their budget,” says Sydney.

Sydney was introduced to the apartment industry during the onset of her career, working as a Leasing Manager and Marketing Assitant while studying Marketing at the University of Florida.

As her career flourished, so did her love for the apartment industry. Going on to help establish various markets with iLS Network throughout the state. After receiving her B.S. in Marketing at UF, Sydney decided to settle in Orlando, Florida where she began to get involved with AAGO. With an aptitude for teaching and a passion for community, Sydney has been involved with AAGO's advocacy and education efforts and continues to volunteer her time with the AAGO Foundation.

“She's been involved in advocacy and education from the start and has most recently been involved in philanthropic efforts through the AAGO Foundation. Serving as both a Foundation Board Member, as well as, Chair to the Friends of the Foundation Committee. There is no substitute for engaged leaders and Sydney is definitely one of those,” said Chip Tatum, AAGO Association Executive.

Anyone that knows Sydney knows that being involved and giving back is one of her greatest gifts.

“She's an awesome volunteer, jumps in whenever needed … I can depend on her, she makes things happen and embodies service, dedication, and leadership,” said Lee Rogers, AAGO President.

Sydney has obtained the following qualifications and credentials-
