R.I.S.E. Committee

What We Do

The R.I.S.E. Committee is AAGO’s newest initiative dedicated to fostering connection, opportunity, and empowerment across our membership. Guided by the belief that We Are Greater Because We R.I.S.E. Together, this committee works to Reach, Impact, Support, and Empower members at every level of their careers.

Committee members collaborate to create meaningful engagement opportunities, develop mentorship pathways, elevate underrepresented voices, and support members in accessing the full value of their AAGO experience. Through intentional programming and community-building efforts, the R.I.S.E. Committee helps cultivate a more comprehensive, connected, and empowered multifamily community.

Meetings & Commitment

The R.I.S.E. Committee meets regularly at AAGO Headquarters (meeting cadence to be finalized as the committee grows). Members are encouraged to participate in projects, discussions, and initiatives that help bring R.I.S.E. programs to life. Your ideas, passion, and lived experiences are what make this committee meaningful
