AAGO Invests in the Future of Maintenance Education

The Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) is proud to announce an exciting renovation of its Maintenance Training Center—an investment designed to elevate hands-on education and better serve Central Florida’s multifamily maintenance professionals.

Beginning in December, the renovation will transform the existing space into a modern, enhanced training environment built to support today’s evolving maintenance needs. The upgraded center will allow AAGO to expand course offerings, improve hands-on learning opportunities, and create a more immersive experience for technicians at every stage of their career.

From foundational skills to advanced technical training, the renovated Maintenance Training Center will reflect AAGO’s ongoing commitment to workforce development and professional growth within the multifamily industry.

The new space is anticipated to open in mid–Q2 2026, marking a major milestone in AAGO’s mission to provide best-in-class education and resources for maintenance professionals across the region.
