"Participating in APASS, is a no brainer! Throughout the years, having APASS as a resource has facilitated the enrichment of my team and myself in regards to knowledge of this industry. As a manager, I found it beneficial to attend the following APASS qualifying classes: Supervisory Skills, Landlord Tenant Law, and Coaching For Peak Performance, just to name a few. Our maintenance staff attended several informative classes including: Appliance Repair, HVAC, and Electrical. The classes always provide up to date information for our ever changing industry. In addition to corporate training, I require all of our new Leasing Associates to attend Leasing 101. They always return both educated and entertained!
It doesn’t stop there! As an APASS subscriber, you can also obtain certifications at a discounted rate. I received my CAM certification in 2012 and the maintenance staff received their EPA and CPO certifications.
