Our business revolves around Asset Management but whether you’re in Management, Maintenance, or a Supplier Partner our TRUE business is people.

Everyone is in sales in some capacity. Some of us are selling products and services, while some of us are selling a vision/team culture. Whatever it is, we need to be able to communicate effectively to our customers and team members.

In our course, we are going to use the Enneagram Test to take a deep dive into ourselves and those around us. The better we can understand ourselves and those around us, the better we can effectively communicate. 

This course is catered to anyone and everyone associated with the multifamily industry. I would recommend not coming alone. Bringing someone on your team will be an incredible opportunity to deeply understand each other on a new level that can unlock a new level of understanding in the workplace.
