Who Do You Think You Are?

Austin Cotton is a Central Florida native, born and raised in Orlando. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he developed the communication and leadership skills that would serve as the foundation of his career.

Austin began his professional journey in the paint manufacturing industry, working as a sales representative and gaining extensive knowledge of coatings. He later transferred to the Contractor side and became Director of Sales for a multifamily painting and roofing company, where he helped drive growth and build strong partnerships throughout the property management and multifamily housing industries.

Today, Austin is the owner of  Cotton Coatings, a commercial painting and waterproofing company specializing in multifamily communities. With years of industry experience and a commitment to quality, Austin focuses on helping property owners and managers protect, enhance, and extend the life of their assets through professional painting, waterproofing, and restoration services.
