The fundamentals of leasing and leadership haven't changed, but everything around them has changed. The New Playbook is a high-energy, half-day rally designed to challenge leasing professionals and assistant property managers to think differently about today's residents, their community, their career, and themselves.

This isn't a refresher course. It's a reset. Expect role play, real conversations, team activities, and lunch, all built around what it actually means to work onsite in today's multifamily market.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER:
• Who today's resident really is, their digital habits, expectations, and what makes them stay
• How to upgrade your leasing approach for a prospect who has already Googled you
• Why resident events are now a retention strategy, not a pizza party
• The wellness and balance conversation that on-site professionals deserve to have
• How your Association involvement is one of the fastest career tools you're not using

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Leasing Consultants, Assistant Property Managers at any stage of their career, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro who's ready to play a new game.
