The Leadership Development program offers blended learning from group activities to instruction in conventional classroom settings. AAGO’s Leadership Development Program will help teach you the essential skills and techniques you need in order to look at challenges from a different perspective. The program will focus on assessing each attendee’s leadership competencies and the gaps that exist.

April 8th
Program Orientation with Chip Tatum & Desiree Starr
Hogan Assessment Review with Dr. Leslie Miller, Rollins College

May 13th
The 5 C’s of Leadership with Mark Ogier, Contravest Development Partners
Basics of Leadership with Dennis Sandige, UDR

July 15th
Concepts of Leadership: Leadership Styles, Leadership Philosophies, Characters and Traits in Leadership with Ricardo Alicea, The Bainbridge Companies
Concepts Leadership Applications: Ethics, Counseling and Performance Appraisals with Kathy Hensley, Finlay Management

August 12th
Listening Leadership with Dr. Rick Bommelje, Rollins College

September 16th
Leadership “Speak” with Karen Brandell, Concord Management and Desiree Starr, AAGO

October 14th
”Going from Led to Lead” with Bonnie Smetzer, JMG Realty and Jose Fajardo, Orlando, Inc
Program Wrap up with Dr. Leslie Miller, Rollins College

In order to apply for the program, candidates must have one of the following designations: CAM, CAMT, ARM, CAPS

All sessions will be at the AAGO Office from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
$999 Members/$899 for APASS
***fees include any assessments and course material

All invoices are subject to a processing fee of $5.
Note Cancellations & rescheduling must be completed in writing 72 hrs in advance to avoid a $250 fee.
No Shows will be charged for the entire class.
