Strong leadership in multifamily housing requires more than managing operations—it demands the ability to lead people with clarity, empathy, and purpose. This session explores the leadership skills needed to thrive in our industry, with a focus on emotional intelligence (EQ), conflict resolution, and empathetic communication. Participants will learn how to lead teams more effectively by recognizing emotional cues, managing high-stress situations, and fostering trust and connection with both colleagues and residents.

This session will help emerging and experienced leaders alike strengthen their ability to navigate challenges, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and inspire teams. This session is designed specifically for those in leadership roles such as property managers, assistant managers, and maintenance supervisors—but it's also a valuable opportunity for leasing professionals, technicians, and other onsite team members who are looking to grow into leadership positions.
