Before Mallard, Joe’s career over two decades focused on leading teams to drive top- and bottom-line growth in daily multifamily operations, and advising institutional clients on multifamily acquisitions.

His tenure in multifamily includes leading Florida-wide operations for Cushman & Wakefield, Pinnacle, Cortland and ZRS.
