I am an experienced pest-management professional and currently serve as Director of Sales for Clements Pest Control. My background includes pest-control operations, sales leadership, branch management, employee development, and customer-service excellence throughout Florida.

I am an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) and a Florida Certified Pest Control Operator in General Household Pest and Rodent Control, Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control, Termite and Other Wood-Destroying Organisms, and Fumigation. I also hold Florida’s Limited Commercial Fertilizer Certification and have completed the University of Florida’s Green Industries Best Management Practices program.

Throughout my career, I have led sales teams, managed pest-control branches, developed training and onboarding programs, implemented consistent sales processes, and helped organizations expand their residential and commercial services. My experience includes general household pest control, termite prevention and treatment, structural fumigation, wildlife exclusion, mosquito management, lawn and ornamental care, insulation services, and wood-destroying organism inspections.

I also serve as a Regional Director for the Florida Pest Management Association. I am committed to advancing professionalism, regulatory compliance, technical education, and ethical sales practices throughout the pest-management industry.

My leadership approach is hands-on and focused on developing knowledgeable professionals who can accurately identify pest-related concerns, recommend appropriate solutions, clearly explain scopes of service, and provide exceptional long-term customer care.
