Austin Farmer

Austin Farmer is the Founder and Owner of ANCHRiT, a Tampa Bay-based startup dedicated to reducing motorcycle and bicycle theft at multifamily properties through secure, on-site parking infrastructure. A University of South Florida alumnus and graduate of USF's entrepreneurship program, Austin combines a community safety mindset with hands-on operational experience building a company from the ground up.

Anchored's flagship product, the ANCHRiT Tower, provides residents with a secure, purpose-built parking solution for two-wheeled vehicles — addressing a persistent gap in multifamily property security and giving property owners and managers a tangible amenity that reduces theft-related liability and improves resident satisfaction. Since its January 2025 launch, Anchored has grown steadily through word-of-mouth referrals and direct outreach, earning contracts with property groups across the Tampa Bay area and beyond.

Austin is passionate about partnering with the multifamily housing community to make properties safer and more attractive to residents. He is an active networker in the Tampa Bay real estate and property management space and looks forward to connecting with fellow AAGO members to explore how Anchored can support their communities' safety and resident experience goals.
