Young professionals committee

What We Do

The Young Professionals Committee (YP) brings together members 40 and under from all areas of the multifamily industry who are eager to connect, grow, and lead. This dynamic group focuses on increasing AAGO engagement among emerging leaders while fostering professional and personal development opportunities for its members.

Committee members collaborate on networking events, leadership programs, and community initiatives designed to build relationships, strengthen industry knowledge, and create meaningful involvement within AAGO. The YP serves as both a launchpad for future leaders and a supportive space for young professionals to share ideas, experiences, and resources as they advance their careers in property management.
