Membership eNGAGEMENT Committee

What We Do

The Membership Engagement Committee is at the heart of AAGO’s growth and member experience. This dedicated group drives recruitment, recognition, and retention efforts, ensuring that our association continues to thrive in the Central Florida market.

Committee members collaborate on innovative strategies to engage new members, elevate AAGO’s presence, and strengthen connections across our community. From orchestrating membership campaigns and setting strategic goals to forming teams for community visits, the committee plays a pivotal role in shaping the AAGO experience.

The Membership Engagement Committee also oversees the Ambassador Program, guiding new members throughout the year. Ambassadors provide support, share insights, and help new members fully utilize the benefits of AAGO, ensuring every member feels welcomed and empowered from day one.
