Jessica Dinin
Vice President of Marketing
Wood Partners

Jessica began her multi-family career in 2014 as a Marketing Manager for a student community. She continued to gain experience as a Marketing Director for several successful lease-ups in South Florida. Several notable successes include portfolio growth of over 8,000 units in a short 5 years. Creation and implantation of internal and external communication practices and re-branding efforts. Jessica has a strong background in digital advertising, ILS's, PR, and social media campaigns.

Kayla Saurborn-Brooks
Marketing Coordinator
Wood Partners

Kayla Saurborn-Brooks is a marketing generalist with a nucleus of market-focused brand positioning and effective leasing strategies. With nearly 10 years of marketing experience in the property management industry, showcasing a variety of B2B and B2C strategies to exceed property goals. From successful rebrands to new development in the student housing sector, Kayla has continued to bring innovative ideas to her properties by testing limits in her approach to set new standards in any given market. She specializes in effective digital marketing efforts, sales training, and solid resident retention with a consistent average of over 50% renewal rate in a transient marketplace.

Kayla is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in Public Health in 2016. Realizing that the public health sector was too “black and white” and lacked a spark for creativity, she embraced a career she fell into while working at her college apartment in 2014, and the rest is history.
