Today’s leaders need more than just technical knowledge—they need the ability to communicate effectively, inspire others, and adapt to a constantly evolving workplace. This course is designed to equip current and emerging leaders with the mindset, skills, and practical tools needed to lead with confidence in today’s multifamily environment and beyond.

Participants will explore the core characteristics of effective leadership, gain insight into the competencies needed to lead today’s workforce, and discover how different communication and work styles impact team performance. Using the DISC behavioral assessment as a guide, attendees will learn more about their own leadership style, how to better understand others, and how to adapt their approach to strengthen communication, collaboration, and engagement.

Whether you are new to leadership or looking to refine your approach, this session will help you lead more intentionally, empower your team, and create a personal action plan for continued leadership growth.
