Leadership in the New Generation

Today’s leaders need more than just technical knowledge—they need the ability to communicate effectively, inspire others, and adapt to a constantly evolving workplace. Using the DISC behavioral assessment as a guide, attendees will learn more about their own leadership style, how to better understand others, and how to adapt their approach to strengthen communication, collaboration, and engagement.
