Designed for multifamily maintenance professionals, this hands-on course provides practical training in HVAC system maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and real-world application. Participants will gain a stronger understanding of system components, preventative maintenance procedures, common service issues, and safe troubleshooting techniques used in residential apartment communities.

The course also covers refrigerant fundamentals, including the differences, handling requirements, and best practices for R-22, R-410A, and emerging A2L refrigerants. Attendees will learn about current industry changes, safety considerations, proper recovery procedures, and how refrigerant transitions impact maintenance operations.

With both classroom learning and hands-on application, technicians will work directly with HVAC equipment to practice diagnostic procedures, identify common issues, and apply troubleshooting techniques in a practical learning environment. Ideal for technicians of varying skill levels, this course is designed to build confidence, improve efficiency, and strengthen HVAC maintenance skills in the field.
