Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) – 1-Week Cram Course
The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential is the industry standard for excellence in apartment community management. Our accelerated one-week CAM Cram provides a comprehensive foundation in property management, covering leadership, marketing, maintenance, risk management, investment strategies, and team development.
By completing this program, you’ll meet the course requirements to sit for the CAM exam and gain the knowledge and tools to advance your career with a nationally recognized credential.
CAM Credential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of on-site property management experience (This can be obtained while taking the course; you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
- Completion of all CAM coursework (40 hours)
- Passing the CAM exam within 6 months of declaring candidacy
