Everything you need to know about using APASS. From registration and subscription policies to course eligibility, employee participation, and renewal details. This section helps you make the most of your subscription and ensures a smooth, productive experience for your entire team.
1. Payment & Eligibility

APASS subscription must be paid in full (or in agreed installments) before registering employees for courses.

Only current AAGO member communities in good standing may participate. Privileges are suspended if membership lapses.
2. Registration & Attendance

Reserve seats at least 72 hours in advance for each attendee.

Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but not guaranteed.

No-Show Policy: If a registered employee does not attend a course and no qualified substitute is provided, the subscriber will be charged the full price of the class. To avoid fees, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance, or a qualified substitute must attend in their place.
3. Subscription Term & Renewal

Valid for one year from purchase.

Automatically renews unless cancelled with 60-day written notice.

Cannot be prorated if joining mid-year.

With APASS, your team gets unlimited access to most AAGO courses for one simple annual fee. Sign up once, and your entire staff can attend as many eligible courses as they need throughout the year.
When registering for a course, simply select the APASS registration option to apply your subscription benefits.
Yes! APASS subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase. At the end of the subscription period, the program automatically renews unless a 60-day written notice is submitted to cancel. This ensures uninterrupted access to courses and benefits for your team.
