“I started in property management in March of 2014. Initially I was a part time leasing consultant, but my desire to be more and do more pushes me to be determined. Within a year, I was promoted to Assistant Community Manager. During this time, I learned that the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) offered classes that could help me grow and excel in the multifamily industry. I signed up to take the Landlord Tenant Law class and shortly thereafter I completed the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) program. In an effort to further my career even more through AAGO, I was awarded the Darren E Lee Scholarship and am now taking the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation courses. It’s really awesome to be in a career field that offers educational programs to help those who want to grow and educate themselves. I’m going to seize every moment.”
