One component of The Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA) requires that employers notify their employees of new benefits and rights provided under the Act.

You can satisfy the notification requirements by...

  • Placing the poster in a "prominent location" on premises/worksite (where all team members have access)
  • Emailing or direct mailing the notice to employees
  • Or by posting this notice on an internal or external employee information webpage

You may wish to consider implementing more than one of the options above to ensure maximum distribution.
