Let’s be honest, in multifamily, difficult conversations are part of the job - whether we’re speaking with a resident about a lease violation, addressing performance with a team member, or updating a Client about a challenge on-site.

This session on Handling Difficult Discussions will explore practical strategies for approaching these moments with confidence, empathy, and clarity. Together, we’ll discuss how to prepare for, navigate, and follow up on tough discussions in ways that protect relationships while driving results.
