Give your maintenance team the confidence to diagnose and repair the most common appliance issues found in multifamily communities. This interactive, hands-on course is designed for technicians of all experience levels and focuses on real-world application.

Participants will work directly with equipment to practice troubleshooting and repairs on electric ranges (glass top and coil), over-the-range microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and both front- and top-load washers and dryers. Emphasis is placed on safety, proper tool use, and efficient service techniques that minimize downtime and improve resident satisfaction.

By the end of this course, attendees will be able to identify common failures, perform basic repairs, and determine when replacement or escalation is necessary.

Ideal for: Maintenance technicians, porters, and supervisors looking to strengthen practical appliance repair skills in a multifamily setting.
