The Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) is a non-profit trade association representing owners, developers, investors, managers and employees of apartment communities in the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area.
AAGO is affiliated with both the Florida Apartment Association and National Apartment Association; members of AAGO are also members of the state and national associations.
Currently, AAGO represents over 125,000 apartment units, 180 management companies, 520 apartment communities, and 280 associate members. Associate members are suppliers, vendors, and contractors dedicated to the apartment industry.
This site was created to assist in the dissemination of industry news, education programs, and schedule information to our members, associate members, and prospective new members. We encourage you to visit us often!
AAGO is a not-for-profit membership organization created by and for apartment owners, builders, developers, management companies, and their employees in the property management business.
We offer our members professional certification programs, continuing education opportunities, lease and addendum forms, legislative advocacy and communication of industry issues.

AAGO is not a state agency and we have no regulatory authority over apartment communities or management companies. We do not investigate or mediate disputes between rental housing owners and residents.
We are not able to personally answer questions or reply to inquiries about specific rental situations. We are not qualified or permitted to give legal advice.
