Please note: If your community joins on or after October 1st, your dues payment will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the year plus the next year's dues. If your community joins prior to October 1st, dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a prorated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.

Professional Services Firm

Is your company a professional service firm? Do you offer specialized knowledge or highly technical services to multifamily rental housing industry owners, operators, or developers? This is the AAGO membership for you. To join as a Professional Service Firm, a company's services must fall under one of the following categories as a primary business and provide applicable verification (licensure/accreditation) when applying for membership.  It is recommended that all registered agents/individuals who "practice" in the field provide their licensure or accreditation information as well.

  • Automatic membership with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Florida Apartment Association (FAA)
  • Exclusive member pricing for all AAGO programming, including education offerings, events, networking, and more.

Join as Professional Services Firm

Independent Rental Owner

Independent Rental Owners (IRO) are individuals that self-manage a small (60 units or less) rental housing portfolio. IRO members of AAGO receive the same member benefits and advantages as traditional, large scale apartment community members.

Join as Independent Rental Owner

Apartment Development Company

Our multifamily developer membership type is for those whose primary business is the development of apartment communities. To take advantage of this membership type, an apartment development company must have a current or proposed project within AAGO territory (Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Volusia counties) and who have an ownership interest (in whole or in part) said project.

Benefits Include:

  • Automatic membership with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Florida Apartment Association (FAA)
  • Exclusive rights to join the Multifamily Developer Council and stay apprised of the latest legislative and regulatory activity happening in the central Florida housing market.

Join as Apartment Development Company

Management Company Membership

Management companies who currently do not have communities in AAGO's chartered territory (Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, or Volusia counties).

If at any point properties are aquired by the management company in the the AAGO's chartered territory, the community will need to establish membership and pay the per unit fee.  

If your company joins on or after October 1st your dues payment will include a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the given year plus the next years dues. If your company joins prior to October 1st dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a pro-rated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.
