The Housing Assistance Council (HAC) assists local organizations in the building and preservation of affordable homes (single and multi-family) for low-income rural families. HAC has a variety of research reports, briefs, notes, and guides that provide information and analysis on a variety of social, economic, and housing issues that impact affordable housing needs throughout rural 
America.

ULI aims to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and sustainable communities worldwide. One of ULI's distinctive features is its extensive research library. The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC)

NAA and NMHC frequently partner on industry-related initiatives and produce a variety of resources for members. NMHC provided insight, advocacy, and tools that enable members and the multifamily apartment industry to make informed business decisions.

NAA Government Affairs Resources

NAA and the National Multi-Housing Council have a partnership agreement that provides all of our collective members, the owners, developers, and managers who provide apartment homes for 35 million Americans, with a comprehensive and thorough government and public affairs program to represent the $1.1 trillion apartment industry. NAA/NMHC and its 170 affiliates across the country serve as the voice of the industry to the federal government.
