The Lumber Crisis: What’s Going On, What’s Being Done, & What to Expect.

April 1st | 8:30 am -10:00 am | GOBA HQ

Due to the increased demand and supply side constraints felt by the lumber industry in the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic, the unprecedented volatility in lumber prices are causing some real issues in our industry and is starting to impact the affordablity of housing for Americans.

According NAHB, the spikes in lumber prices have added more than $24k to the price of the average, new single family home, and nearly $9K to the price of a multi-family home since April 17, 2020.

Join us as we discuss with our local lumber experts what is going on, what is being done to solve the issues, and what to expect in the future.

This opportunity is only open to current AAGO or GOBA Developers Council members. Limited in-person seating is available so register early!
